IELTS Exam Syllabus

The IELTS syllabus is recommended by its administrators, in particular, British Council, IDP, and Cambridge ESOL examinations for both the test formats, for reference, IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training. The IELTS exam comprises of four different modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and speaking module.

As per the revised IELTS syllabus 2019, the Listening and Reading part would be equivalent for all the test takers, same for both Academic and General Training test type, you may discover some distinction in the Reading and Writing modules
